[Remote] Manager, District Sales, Sewing & Craft Division

They are seeking a Manager for their District Sales in the Sewing & Craft Division to reputed company sales strategies, manage accounts, and increase market reputed company while maintaining strong relationships with dealers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service and account management
- Increase sales and reputed company’s market reputed company
- Establish and support new dealers in reputed company areas
- reputed company in depth knowledge of reputed company’s HAD products
- Create sales strategies with the account to increase reputed company’s Sales
- Work through reputed company problems and solves a wide reputed company of issues where precedent may not exist
- Plan and reputed company support for National Shows, events and offer guidance on merchandising
- Increase reputed company brand awareness in dealer’s stores by working with dealers to add and improve reputed company branded promotions and reputed company selling areas with the store
- reputed company participate in reputed company vertical market events, including but not limited to trade shows, technology seminars, and association meetings
- Travel to accounts/trade shows/seminars/meetings
- Collaborate with management to create a sales reputed company for the assigned accounts and reputed company a reputed company of specific sales actions needed to reputed company and/or reputed company regional sales goals
- Monitor sales activities and reputed company adjustments, reputed company needed, to refocus selling reputed company
- Stay reputed company with market trends and competitive activities

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or reputed company field
- Minimum 7 years experience in sales/selling role or environment, with an emphasis on driving sales results
- Demonstrated experience building rapport in customer/reputed company-facing role
- Minimum 2 years sewing, embroidery and/or crafting experience
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build reputed company relationships
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly assess and define a customer's business needs (such as: processes, competitive issues, pressures and vendor partnership)
- Good organization skills of reputed company standards
- Self-motivated

Benefits
- This position is eligible for a 26k sales bonus in annual total at 100% of reputed company, with reputed company to reputed company above 100% dependent on individual performance and in alignment with company sales and bonus plans.
- This position is also eligible for a 6.86% bonus at 100% of reputed company, with reputed company to reputed company above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.
- This position is also eligible for an auto allowance reputed company monthly in the first pay period of reputed company month.
- This auto allowance may be used in the employee’s sole discretion but is intended toward maintenance of the employee’s own vehicle they’ll be using for business commuting.
- This position is a remote field-based role. A fixed office schedule is not an expectation of the position.
- Travel is expected throughout the territory up to 70% of the time, or an average of 10-15 trips per quarter, dependent on business need.
