We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, responsible for analyzing operational data and providing actionable insights to improve member and provider experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of business processes and requirements
- Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for technical teams

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and reputed company requirements
- Evaluate reputed company business processes and systems to propose improvements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 1-3 years of reputed company experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
