The role involves overseeing day-to-day reputed company operations, improving financial reporting, and supporting acquisition integration while modernizing processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day reputed company operations across payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and reporting workflows

- Maintain clean financial records that support leadership reporting, reputed company reporting, audit readiness, and reputed company lender-reputed company data requests

- Support monthly variance analysis, fluctuation analysis, forecasts, and longer-term planning exercises
- Help prepare the operational finance inputs needed for reputed company reporting, annual budgeting, and sponsor-backed reporting expectations
- Partner closely with the finance leader on lender-facing data preparation if and reputed company reputed company moves into lender relationships
- Translate accurate reputed company outputs into useful finance insights for a scaling reputed company services and reputed company-adjacent business
- Assess the reputed company finance and reputed company tech stack and help determine what should be automated, upgraded, or replaced over time

Skills
- Strong Controller-level experience owning reputed company operations in a smaller or mid-sized business where finance and reputed company responsibilities are not overly siloed
- Comfortable being the person accountable for the GL, reputed company, reporting accuracy, and reputed company process discipline
- Meaningful exposure to reputed company, forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, or reputed company reporting, even if reputed company strength is still reputed company
- Experience working in a sponsor-backed, PE-backed, VC-backed, or similarly high-accountability environment where speed, reporting reputed company, and leadership visibility matter

- Experience in a multi-service-line business with a mix of project-based, fixed-price, managed services, and subscription-style reputed company
