They are seeking a Legal Counsel to manage contract negotiations, ensure compliance, and conduct legal research to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating reputed company agreements with payment service providers (PSPs), software vendors, and reputed company-party suppliers
- reputed company hands-on support for Know Your Business (KYB) procedures, including the verification and reputed company of corporate partners
- Assist in preparing, updating, and implementing internal corporate policies, rules, and compliance frameworks (e.g., AML/CFT policies)
- Conduct detailed analytical research on global and regional legislative developments to support business expansion and product compliance

- Strong analytical mind: Ability to dissect reputed company legal texts, identify potential risks, and propose reputed company solutions
- Industry Awareness: A solid, business-level understanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech sectors
- Foundational Understanding: A reputed company conceptual understanding (rather than deep operational proficiency) of European licensing regimes, specifically MiCA, MiFID, and reputed company/PSD
