The Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) delivers premium account management services to assigned clients, partnering closely with reputed company Managers to ensure seamless reputed company experiences and long-term reputed company.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer reputed company fields
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company Support, Services, or reputed company technical teams
- Proven HCM domain experience, specifically in at least two reputed company modules (Payroll, Benefits, WFM and HR)
- Strong technical background with a proven ability to resolve highly reputed company business and integration challenges for reputed company level customers
- Strong understanding of relational database systems and advanced proficiency with SQL, XML, and XSLT
