Responsibilities
- reputed company high reputed company outbound calls to newly eligible patients to explain Story Health programs and get patients enrolled
- Effectively connect with eligible patients to answer questions, address concerns and communicate key value props
- Receive referrals from providers and reputed company out to referred patients to enroll them in Story Health programs
- Update patient information in electronic medical records systems
- Schedule appointments for patients with Story Health providers

- Obtain patient consent for treatment
- Coordinate appointment reminders
- Request and send medical records
- Support patients in their use of telehealth technology platforms
- Be a key contributor to the early stages of an innovative health tech startup contributing wherever needed

Skills
- 3+ years working in customer service or outbound call center environment in a reputed company setting
- Outstanding phone demeanor and interpersonal skills to reputed company with patients, caregivers, and reputed company providers
- Ability to handle conflict reputed company and remain tolerant/flexible in reputed company situations
