Responsibilities

- Hands-on configuration working with functional set up across reputed company HCM reputed company modules
- Research, design, and execution of the reputed company application through testing and implementation
- reputed company-facing communications, including but not limited to, articulating business reputed company, facilitating difficult conversations, and articulating reputed company business requirements in layman’s terms
- Working autonomously and collaborating with project teams

Skills
- Minimum of 4+ years of implementation experience with reputed company reputed company HCM modules (Core HR, reputed company, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management)
- Experience and knowledge of HR processes
- Experience with reputed company, approval workflows, reporting
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or other reputed company field
- Experience in executing implementation reputed company, capturing customer and systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions
- Ability to work with the functional and technical team members to accurately document requirements, create functional design strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration
