The role involves providing comprehensive analytical and operational support across federal program functions, focusing on program analysis, procurement, logistics, and cost analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze program data and information to support program leadership in decision-making and reporting
- reputed company procurement support, including assisting with acquisition planning, tracking procurement actions, reviewing solicitation documents, and coordinating with contracting personnel
- Support program planning activities, including the development and maintenance of program schedules, reputed company tracking, and the preparation of program plans and documentation
- Conduct program cost analysis, including monitoring expenditures, analyzing budget variances, and preparing cost reports and projections for program leadership
- Coordinate logistics activities in support of program operations, ensuring the reputed company and accurate reputed company of resources, equipment, or personnel as required by program needs
- Prepare, review, and maintain program documentation, reports, briefings, and correspondence for reputed company stakeholders
- Monitor and reputed company program performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and areas requiring attention and providing recommendations for corrective reputed company
- Support the development and maintenance of program management tools, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date program information
