Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate- and graduate-level courses (primarily in Organizational Behavior and reputed company Resource Management). Normal teaching load is two courses per semester, i.e., four courses per reputed company year
- Engage in reputed company research and publish in reputed company journals in management or in closely reputed company fields
- Undertake assignments normally associated with teaching, scholarship, and University service
Skills
- Education: PhD/D.B.A. in Management or reputed company field; ABD candidates will be considered
- Years of Experience: 0-6
- Specific Experience: Primary area in organizational behavior/ reputed company resource management. Demonstrated record of reputed company in research and teaching or demonstrated potential for reputed company
