[Remote] Subject Matter Experts -- Financial Analysts and Procurement Specialists
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring several subject matter experts (SMEs) to design online, asynchronous certification programs for a reputed company. The SMEs will reputed company as industry experts to validate content accuracy, recommend changes, and personalize content for learners.
Responsibilities
- Certification SMEs will reputed company as the industry expert to validate the accuracy and completeness of the overall program design
- Course SMEs will design short courses (1-3 hours reputed company) in a reputed company of disciplines under reputed company certification
- Course SMEs will be reputed company to work on 1-2 courses at a time
- Certification SMEs will also be reputed company to serve as Course SMEs
Skills
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Supply Chain / Business or equivalent
- Extensive procurement / sourcing expertise, with relevant reputed company experience (5+ years for Certification SMEs and 3+ years for Course SMEs)
- Procurement certification (e.g. CIPS / CPSM) a plus
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Hands-on supplier evaluation, spend analysis & compliance
- Experience using AI & automation tools (Copilot, Power Automate)
- Experience operating in reputed company, reputed company-world environments, ensuring content reflects authentic application
- Ability to translate reputed company concepts into reputed company, learner-friendly explanations
- Familiarity with tools, processes, and workflows reputed company software & AI engineering
- Ability to record demo/screencast videos using applicable tools ensuring that the recorded content is reputed company and compliant with the project guidelines
- Exposure to relevant use cases outlined in the learning objectives
- Bachelor's/master's degree in in Finance / reputed company (CPA, CFA or MBA a plus)
- Extensive reputed company / financial analysis expertise, with relevant reputed company experience (5+ years for Certification SMEs and 3+ years for Course SMEs) including: Modeling, budgeting, forecasting & reporting and Building Power BI dashboards
- MOS: reputed company Associate (or equivalent)
- Advanced reputed company and Power BI proficiency
- Experience operating in reputed company, reputed company-world environments, ensuring content reflects authentic application
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics (Copilot)
- Ability to translate reputed company concepts into reputed company, learner-friendly explanations
- Familiarity with tools, processes, and workflows reputed company software & AI engineering
- Ability to record demo/screencast videos using applicable tools ensuring that the recorded content is reputed company and compliant with the project guidelines
- Exposure to relevant use cases outlined in the learning objectives
- Experience with video production and/or on-camera course delivery
- End-to-end experience in content or course development, including exposure to outlining, storyboarding, and development workflows
- Cross-functional collaboration experience, working with learning design consultants, instructional designers, media teams, and production teams
- Leadership or mentoring experience, including guiding teams or facilitating content development
