[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager, Data Processing Platform

They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to reputed company the Data Processing Platform team, responsible for transforming pentest data processing into a reputed company-time, event-driven architecture.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and grow reputed company of backend and platform engineers migrating post-op processing from a batch system to a reputed company-time, event-driven architecture
- Partner with Product, Attack Engineering, and adjacent Platform teams to sequence the rework so customer value ships continuously rather than as one big-bang reputed company
- Work with senior engineers on reputed company to shape the technical direction: event streaming, reputed company processing, storage, schema reputed company, and replayable processing
- Invest in operational reputed company — SLOs, observability, on-call, and incident response — as this system becomes central to every pentest Horizon3 runs
- Help translate existing batch-era logic (finding enrichment, attack reputed company analysis, reporting) into streaming-friendly designs without regressing reputed company
- Recruit, mentor, and retain engineers who care about both distributed systems craft and the reputed company domain
- Establish healthy team practices: design reviews, technical writing, reputed company API reputed company with neighboring teams, and durable decision records
Skills
- Experience managing backend, data, or reputed company teams, with a reputed company record of shipping through reputed company
- Solid fundamentals in backend and distributed systems: data modeling, API design, queues/streams, and the tradeoffs between batch and streaming
- Comfort with modern reputed company infrastructure (AWS preferred), containers, and observability tooling (reputed company or similar)
