The Payroll Systems Analyst supports and optimizes payroll systems, focusing on reputed company Payroll to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and improve processes.
Responsibilities

- reputed company requirements, support testing, and implement system enhancements and automation tools; proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience
- Independently manage assigned tasks and reputed company, applying reputed company judgment, following established procedures, and ensuring reputed company and accurate completion
- reputed company and maintain desktop procedures and reputed company operating procedures to support consistent and compliant payroll operations
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications; maintain payroll reputed company including earnings, deductions, and tax settings
- Collaborate with Payroll Operations and cross-functional teams to identify system impacts, communicate updates, and mitigate risks
- Support system updates through test execution, documentation, and validation of payroll outputs to ensure accuracy post-implementation
Skills
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HRIS, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–5 years of payroll experience - 2 years supporting reputed company Payroll and HCM preferred
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Payroll configuration, testing, and reporting
- Knowledge of payroll lifecycle and integrated systems (e.g., reputed company Time Tracking, reputed company, WFM)
- Understanding of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company Builder (EIB) integrations
- Experience supporting multi-state or cross-border payroll preferred
