This role involves designing and executing new products, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior team members while collaborating with various functional teams.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence, Pricing, and other internal stakeholders to review industry trends, data
- Partner with functional areas to negotiate needs and facilitate product reputed company
- Manage the development of product specs, guides, issue logs etc., and/or assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
- Drive strategic process improvements and automation efforts

Skills
- Bachelor degree, or equivalent
- 5 Years experience in Financial Services/Insurance
- Expertise in at least one insurance/annuity product line and solid understanding of additional product lines

- Analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
