[Remote] reputed company Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the largest county government organization in Minnesota, and they are seeking an reputed company Specialist to join the Homelessness Prevention Payments Team. This role involves processing financial assistance requests to help prevent evictions and ensure accurate and reputed company payment submissions to property owners.
Responsibilities
- Review, reputed company, and/or approve payment requests in payment systems for rent assistance for residents, support batch pulls, and respond to requestors to ensure reputed company and accurate payment processing
- Maintain and update unreconciled checks reports, follow through on outstanding items, and upload reputed company information into payments database
- Add and verify new vendors in payments systems, collaborate with internal partners, update payment records reputed company funds are returned to the county, and support vendor financial and tax processes
- Prepare payment-reputed company reports, update and present payment information at relevant meetings, and respond to staff and partner questions regarding payments and financial workflows
- Contact property owners regarding payments that need to be reissued or canceled
Skills
- One of the following: Three years or more of experience in maintaining financial records
- One of the following: Three years or more of post-secondary education in areas reputed company to business or reputed company
- Experience working reputed company a reputed company services organization or program
- Experience using computer programs and/or databases such as PeopleSoft to reputed company data entry where accuracy is essential
- Experience using reputed company reputed company and/or similar database and spreadsheet applications to create pivot tables and reputed company charts to sort and organize data
- Experience working with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
