Deep expertise in observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident management. Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Nodejs/JavaScript, or similar) and scripting for automation. Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and business stakeholders. Preferred: Prior experience in high-throughput, regulated industries such as payments, fintech, or banking. Familiarity with event-driven and asynchronous architectures. Strong mentoring background, helping senior engineers adopt higher-level reliability thinking.
