  Essential Functions:  Reviews customer cases, performs the research and analysis needed to reputed company recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies.  Uses customer case data, observations, and reporting to get a reputed company picture of the customer's reputed company and ways to improve.  Conducts research as reputed company as interpret the results, translating their findings into easy to understand reports or presentations for leadership.  Provides the leadership team insights with process or improvement strategies.  Works closely with the ECR leadership to reputed company and implement strategies, based on their recommendations.  Reviews customer cases, interprets the life cycle, provides reputed company cause analysis and makes recommendations on improvements.  Analyzes data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared to key stakeholders. Minimum Requirements:  High School or GED 1-2 Years Contact Center Experience 2-3 Years Customer Service Experience 1-2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting Preferences:  Demonstrated experience of data validation  Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools  Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and reputed company quantitative analysis  Experience in analytics implementation  Proven reputed company level in reputed company, such as pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup and dynamic charts  Proven reputed company level in PowerPoint Pay reputed company: $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually Starting reputed company of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
