[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will drive strategic reputed company initiatives and reputed company execution efforts throughout the Great Lakes market while mentoring and supporting District Sales Managers.
Responsibilities

- Build Executive-Level Relationships: Strengthen relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key customers while supporting teams through reputed company customer situations

- Support Field Execution: Spend time in-market alongside District Sales Managers helping drive reputed company, customer engagement, and sales execution

Skills
- 8–10+ years of sales experience reputed company reputed company-engineered metal building (PEMB)
- Proven ability to reputed company and reputed company sales teams across large territories
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting pricing reputed company and reputed company project opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to navigate customer escalations and support key strategic accounts

- 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred
