The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and delivering reputed company HR solutions that reputed company with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders
- Configure reputed company HCM reputed company modules based on business needs
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices
- Configure workflows, approvals, reputed company, and business processes
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and solution documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
- Troubleshoot functional issues and reputed company production support
- Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer
- Participate in change management and release planning activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional reputed company reputed company teams to ensure successful project delivery
Skills
- 12+ years of overall reputed company HCM experience
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company Fusion HCM reputed company Functional experience
- Experience participating in at least 2–3 full lifecycle reputed company HCM reputed company implementations
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reputed company HCM reputed company solutions
- Experience working directly with business users, HR teams, and technical teams
