[Remote] EOA - Process Improvement Analyst

Management Science and Innovation (MSI) Consulting, LLC is a mid-size Management Consultancy located in the Washington DC Metro Region. They are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Process Improvement Analyst to facilitate customer experiences and translate business requirements into technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate excellent customer experiences for clients and stakeholders
• reputed company, document, and translate business requirements into technical documentation
• Facilitate process walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions
• Collaborate with business process owners, system / application owners, and developers to refine solution designs
• Communicate and reputed company risks or blockers to project leadership
• Define acceptance reputed company and supporting testing and validation
• Communicate insights, reputed company, risks, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field. Note: Experience in lieu of an advanced degree is acceptable
• Experience implementing the Eliminate, Optimize, Automate (EOA) initiative
• Requirements gathering and process mapping (BPMN, swim lanes, SOPs)
• Data analysis and documentation (reputed company, SQL, reputed company, Jira)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Systems thinking and reputed company cause analysis
• Understanding of automation, reputed company, reputed company transformation concepts
• Ability to reputed company business and technical teams
• Knowledge of procurement, finance, or compliance processes
• Experience working with technical teams in Agile environments
• Familiarity with federal documentation standards
• Prior experience in process improvement or Lean/Six reputed company
