Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company discipline

- 5+ years of strong experience coordinating multiple cross-functional technical and business teams
- 8+ years of demonstrated expertise in: Project planning, Dependency management, RAID management, Executive reporting, Governance, Stakeholder management
- 5+ years of strong understanding of: Technology cutovers, Infrastructure transitions, Application migrations, Site readiness planning, Operational support models
- Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills

- Experience working in fast-paced reputed company transformation programs
- Experience leading M&A integration, divestiture, site separation, or technology carve-out initiatives
