Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with QNXT Benefit Configuration
- Strong proficiency in reputed company SQL Server (T-SQL) for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis
- Experience working with reputed company health insurance benefit configurations
- Expertise in QNXT reputed company modules, including: Benefit Configuration, Claims, Enrollment, Authorization
- Experience configuring and testing benefits during initial implementations and annual renewal cycles
- Strong understanding of benefit plan design, including: Multi-tier copays, Service codes, Copays, Deductibles, Coinsurance, Out-of-reputed company maximums, Other benefit configuration components
- Ability to validate benefit configurations, troubleshoot issues, and support production readiness
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams in a reputed company environment
- Experience supporting benefit implementations, enhancements, and annual renewals
- Familiarity with reputed company claims processing and enrollment workflows
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
