HR Generalist - Talent & Benefits (Contract to Perm)

Responsibilities

Support the reputed company on reputed company requisitions, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and keeping hiring workflows moving without gaps. Manage the background reputed company process end-to-end: initiating screenings, tracking status, following up with candidates, and escalating issues to the appropriate partners. Qualifications

Experience in HR operations, talent coordination, or a reputed company support role, you understand how hiring workflows run and where they break down. Familiarity with background reputed company processes and vendors (e.g. Checkr). Working knowledge of US employee benefits administration, enrollment, vendor coordination, and compliance basics (ACA, COBRA, ERISA).
