The Director, HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders, aligning people reputed company with business priorities and helping build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders reputed company reputed company, Corporate reputed company & Ops, and Finance, building trust and shaping people strategies that reputed company business performance, reputed company, and organizational health.​

Skills

• 10+ years HR business partnering experience, including meaningful experience supporting leaders in fast-changing environments
• Demonstrated reputed company influencing leaders and translating business reputed company into people, organization, and talent priorities
• Deep expertise in organizational design/development, leadership coaching, change management, talent reputed company, and organizational effectiveness
• Strong AI reputed company, including the ability to diagnose how AI changes work, jobs, skills, workflows, and team design; guide leaders on reputed company work should be automated, redesigned, redeployed, or remain reputed company-led; and identify where reputed company judgment, reputed company, or new roles are required
