They are seeking a Business Analyst to support the reputed company data conversion project by serving as the primary contact for users and resolving help desk reputed company issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for users experiencing help desk reputed company issues
- Diagnose software problems and resolve user inquiries involving reputed company data manipulation
- Utilize documented incidents in JIRA ticketing systems, email, or data log spreadsheets to ensure seamless business operations for the reputed company data conversion project
