They are seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong relationships with key customers, drive product reputed company, and ensure long-term collaboration through effective planning and communication.
Responsibilities
- Salg igennem samarbejde med tildelte nøglekunder
- Sikre en fortsat positiv udvikling med kundeporteføljen, både på top- og bundlinje
- Udvikle og implementere årsplaner hos nøglekunder
- Lave forecast på produkter samt forventet omsætning på kunder på månedsbasis
- Sikre en tæt dialog med kunderne og dermed et langvarigt samarbejde
- Sikre en god og tæt dialog i organisationen omkring nordiske kunder
- Sikre at firmaets overordnede strategi indarbejdes i kundeplaner
- Udarbejde og lave opfølgning på nationale kampagner med kunden, og sikre de bliver udført som aftalt med kunden
Skills
- Solid erfaring fra lignende stilling
- High level kendskab til retail strategier og arbejdsgange
- Gode matematiske egenskaber
- Kan formulere sig professionelt på dansk og engelsk
- Høj grad af kommerciel tankegang
- Gode evner indenfor forhandling og præsentation
- Finansiel forståelse. Essentielt for at drive og forstå budgetplanlægning og forecast udarbejdelse
- Struktureret og stort overblik
- Kendskab til Powertools, tilbehør til Elværkøj eller Håndværktøj
- Produktkendskab er ideelt men ikke essentielt. Der vil være god mulighed for kursus og produkttræning
