Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the MarTech modernization program
- reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk registers
- Drive Agile project delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and execution
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and change requests
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Digital Technology, Data, and Integration teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Coordinate implementation activities across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Experience Platform (AEP), reputed company Eloqua, and reputed company reputed company applications
- Facilitate business requirement gathering, solution reviews, testing, deployment planning, and production readiness

- Conduct project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting

- Collaborate with technical architects, development teams, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure alignment with organizational project management standards and governance processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field
- 8–12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years leading reputed company technology reputed company
- 8+ years of proven experience managing Agile software delivery programs
- 5+ years of strong experience delivering reputed company integration reputed company transformation initiatives
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing reputed company involving: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Experience Platform (AEP), reputed company Eloqua
- 1 to 3 years of strong knowledge of reputed company management, CRM, and marketing automation processes
- 1 to 3 years of experience with project governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience with reputed company MarTech ecosystems and customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of CRM integrations, API-based architectures, and middleware solutions

- Familiarity with reporting platforms and business intelligence solutions
- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or reputed company certifications are preferred
