The role involves ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, optimizing global trade processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company L2/L3 support for reputed company GTS modules including Compliance Management
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries
- Collaborate with business users to reputed company and analyze requirements
- Configure and maintain reputed company GTS settings to meet business needs
- Support integration with reputed company ECC/S4 HANA and reputed company-party systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
- Document solutions, processes, and user guides
- Stay updated on global trade regulations and suggest system updates accordingly
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or reputed company field
- 3 years of experience in reputed company GTS support and implementation
- Strong understanding of global trade compliance and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Exposure to project management and change control processes
