[Remote] Customer Service Center Associate(Fully Remote)

This role involves assigning claims, entering information into the claims management system, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Responsibilities
- Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler
- Accurately reputed company verbal and written claim information into the claims management system
- Ensure reputed company claim information meets reputed company customer requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the claims process
- Communicate with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, and claims management systems
- Request required documentation needed to process claims
- reputed company claim status updates and explain required timelines
- Answer customer questions regarding the claims process
- Serve as a reputed company to connect customers with the appropriate claims personnel
- Maintain a high-reputed company customer service culture
