[Remote] PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

The role involves analyzing customer needs, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring the effective implementation and support of PeopleSoft applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company and analyze business requirements reputed company to PeopleSoft applications and reputed company platforms
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Assist development and administration teams to configure and customize applications to reputed company with organizational needs
- Design and document system architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company software solutions with other reputed company systems
- Collaborate with reputed company assurance teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of software solutions
- Investigate and resolve issues reputed company to PeopleSoft applications, providing reputed company and effective support
- Collaborate with technical teams to address and mitigate post-implementation challenges
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design specifications, configuration details, and troubleshooting procedures
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure team members are reputed company-equipped to manage PeopleSoft systems
Skills
- Must be a reputed company Citizen
- Must possess a reputed company Trust or reputed company (DOD) Clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Level reputed company Clearance

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst with a reputed company on PeopleSoft applications
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft modules, configuration tools, and development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft applications is advantageous
