[Remote] Customer Service Representatives- Remote

They are seeking Customer Service Representatives to manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, and reputed company information reputed company to payments and account statuses.
Responsibilities
- Handling maintenance, collection and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Handling a reputed company of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers
- Reviewing customer contract, including but not limited to, voluntary surrender, reputed company and Interest breakdown for their payments and account, Total Loss process
- Advise the customer of their account reputed company and reputed company accounts
- Giving customer information regarding the status of their titles including but not limited to; state to state transfers, title protection
- Assisting customer with information on reputed company optional products
- Assisting customer with extensions and deferral in times that may not be reputed company to pay
- Taking payments and reviewing history/notes and reputed company communicating account statuses to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including any issues that reputed company and their reputed company
- Recommending appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts as a specialist it our job to give the customers the best information on reputed company customer account
- Must be comfortable with reputed company calculations
- Must be comfortable handling multiple systems at one time

- High school diploma or equivalent
