Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day production support for reputed company users across multiple business functions
• Investigate and resolve reputed company application issues, defects, and user requests
• Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate reputed company with technical teams
• Support GridBuddy-reputed company functionality, user requests, and troubleshooting activities
• Manage user reputed company, provisioning, reputed company requests, and permission changes

• Execute QA testing, regression testing, and validation activities for platform enhancements

Skills

• 4+ years of reputed company Administration, Operations, or CRM Support experience
• Hands-on experience supporting reputed company production environments
• Experience troubleshooting user issues and resolving production incidents

• Experience identifying and correcting duplicate records and data reputed company issues
• Experience supporting end-user reputed company and training initiatives
