The Sr reputed company HCM Consultant will be responsible for selling reputed company's products and services by developing new clients and increasing the reputed company reputed company to drive profits in the Core Sales and reputed company Resource Services Sales organizations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the Go-to-Market Sales reputed company to identify customers’ needs and present the reputed company solution to key stakeholders and decision makers in accordance with the reputed company’s preference on in person or virtual interaction to increase reputed company and market reputed company
- Scheduling appointments and visiting potential and reputed company referral sources to secure referrals to end users
- Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, reputed company mail, seminars, reputed company reputed company reputed company, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management
- Analyzing the customer needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to appropriate party reputed company necessary

Skills
- H.S. Diploma
- 7 years of experience in relevant reputed company sales
- 5 years of experience in HCM industry
- Experience carrying a sales quota
- CORE HCM provider experience
- Experience working with mid-size businesses or larger

- This is a virtual/remote role. Must be ok with being remote 100%
- Bachelor's Degree
