Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira reputed company, Jira Software, reputed company, and essential 3rd-party integrations
- Design and manage reputed company schemas (workflows, screens, permissions, and notifications) customized to reputed company agile processes
- reputed company team and program-level metrics by developing scaling reports in EazyBI or Tableau
- reputed company, support, and train reputed company and users across the reputed company on optimized reputed company system usage and Agile best practices
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering reputed company products (Jira, reputed company, and major add-ons)
- Strong practical understanding of SDLC, reputed company, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to create custom workflow solutions, screens, and dashboards to support agile reporting
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or reputed company Program Consultant (SPC)
- Experience building customized reporting models using EazyBI or Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
