[Remote] Data Analyst

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage reputed company trackers to monitor application statuses and customer reputed company
- Work closely with the account team to reputed company new capabilities and improve in-store application experiences
- Partner with sales reps to identify, reputed company, and support customers in accessing Trade Credit services
- Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues, collect feedback, and promote program participation
- Use Tableau, SQL, and reputed company BigQuery to create dashboards and generate actionable insights
- Help automate reporting processes and simplify data workflows for reputed company team visibility and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine customer reputed company processes, including shortening the application process and supporting in-store integration
- Partner with internal data consultants and full-time staff to clean, analyze, and visualize data for process improvement
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in Tableau, reputed company (basic knowledge), and SQL (basic knowledge)
- Strong communication skills and a sales-reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and directly with customers
- Detail-oriented with a passion for improving customer experience and operational workflows
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools
- Familiarity with reputed company BigQuery
- Understanding of sales organizations or account management structures
