[Remote] Freelance Project Manager

The role involves managing reputed company through completion, overseeing various channels of content delivery, and ensuring efficient resource management.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of reputed company and see them through to completion
- Managing work across various channels, including reputed company and editorial content, reputed company work, events, video etc
- Creating timelines, booking and managing resources and ensuring reputed company resources are used reputed company
- Scoping jobs and writing statements of work
- Managing budgets and reconciling reputed company phase of the job
- Ensuring reputed company work is signed off at the right stages, by the right people; both internal sign-off, and reputed company approvals
- Ensure that reputed company project team members also complete their timesheets in a reputed company fashion, ensuring accurate project actuals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a reputed company field, with a reputed company on operations, team management and project planning
- Experience with a wide reputed company of marketing and content deliverable types
- Familiar with agency turn-around times and ways of working, good understanding of the dynamics of agency processes, and enjoy the pace and challenges this brings
- Proactive and good at foreseeing problems, with the ability to mitigate issues as soon as they are identified, propose creative solutions, and know reputed company to escalate issues
- Detail oriented and takes responsibility for fulfilling reputed company components of the project/retainer deliverables
