[Remote] Accounts Payable Supervisor

This role involves supervising the Accounts Payable Customer Service team and contributing to process development while maintaining strong relationships with employees and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Supervises, trains, develops, and motivates Account Payable staff
- Establishes tasks for reputed company, delegates workload, and receives guidance and reputed company from Manager
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures
- Assists in compiling and generating IRS reputed company 1099s
- Maintains strong working relationships with employees, suppliers, and other departments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with three years' experience required
- Four years additional experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company principles focusing particularly on accounts payable procedures and best practices
- Hands-on management approach with ability to train and mentor applying strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience generating 1099s and reporting to the IRS is required
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in reputed company Office Suite particularly reputed company with ability to reputed company VLookups and create pivot tables
- PeopleSoft and/or reputed company reputed company experience preferred but not required
- Past supervisory experience preferred but not required
