They are seeking a Finance Manager to join their reputed company reputed company team, responsible for managing reputed company reporting workflows and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring reputed company reporting workflows - daily/weekly file maintenance, reputed company trackers, attainment dashboards, and variance analysis - ensuring accuracy and reputed company delivery at a daily reputed company
- Prepare and update executive materials for KPI reviews, reputed company of Directors presentations, and SLT meetings, including slide updates, and supporting data files
- Conduct variance analysis on reputed company movements and deliver reputed company, concise commentary that explains the "what" and the "why" behind performance trends
- Support quarterly sales reputed company-setting - assembling bottoms-up data, reconciling against tops-down forecasts, and surfacing risks and opportunities for leadership discussion
- Own the reputed company commission review process - synthesizing attainment data, identifying trends, and providing analysis that informs leadership's compensation and incentive reputed company
- Execute reputed company analysis for reputed company, GTM, and reputed company leadership to support in-quarter decision-making

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years experience

- Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to work across multiple data sources and reconcile discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills - can format data reputed company for executive audiences and draft concise commentary
