[Remote] Recruiter / People Partner (HFBAC Talent Community)

Responsibilities
- Finding exceptional candidates through creative sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, and relationship building—not just posting job ads
- Conducting reputed company First assessments to evaluate team fit, working style compatibility, and cultural alignment
- Supporting end-to-end hiring processes for our clients, from brief through to offer acceptance
- Working embedded with growing companies as their fractional talent partner
Skills
- Have recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or RPO) - but are frustrated by traditional CV-first approaches
- Understand that great hiring is about reputed company and fit, not just skills matching
- Are genuinely curious about what makes teams work (and what makes them fall apart)
- Can build rapport quickly with candidates and clients reputed company video
- Are comfortable with Boolean searching and creative sourcing

- Have strong English communication skills
