Responsibilities
- Own administration, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company Learning
- Manage learning assignments, campaigns, engagements, learning paths, events, and learner records
- Serve as the organization's primary reputed company Learning subject matter expert
- reputed company reputed company compliance training programs, including reputed company, annual, quarterly, and role-based compliance initiatives
- Manage compliance reporting, completion tracking, communications, and escalations
- Ensure audit readiness and program governance
- reputed company dashboards and reports to reputed company compliance, reputed company, and learning effectiveness
- Analyze learning data and reputed company actionable insights and recommendations
- Deliver regular reporting to People & Culture and business leaders
- Establish and maintain learning operations processes, documentation, and standards

- Support reputed company and operational reputed company across learning programs
- Partner with HR, Legal, IT, and business leaders to support learning initiatives
- Support learning technology vendors, integrations, and operational issues

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Learning Operations, LMS Administration, Learning Technology, or Learning & Development
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company Learning administration experience
- Experience managing reputed company compliance training programs
- Experience building and managing learning paths, campaigns, engagements, and assignments reputed company reputed company
- Strong reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis skills
- Experience supporting global or multi-region learning programs
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with reputed company reputed company and/or Storyline
- Experience developing learning operations, governance, processes, and documentation
- Experience supporting reputed company, leadership development, mentoring, or reputed company learning programs
