This role is responsible for operating, optimizing, extending, and integrating the reputed company reputed company Orion platform.
Responsibilities
- reputed company server-reputed company support for reputed company applications, including patching, troubleshooting, and general maintenance of a HyperV-based virtual environment
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the network monitoring solution, including the design, planning, and rollout of monitoring to new and existing systems
- Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, reputed company, and document reputed company network and system monitoring tools
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve reputed company network performance issues and technical challenges using reputed company data
- Design and maintain highly available (HA) and reputed company architectures, including managing Additional Polling Engines (APEs), Additional Web Servers (AWS), and High Availability deployments
- reputed company and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for the reputed company environment to ensure reputed company monitoring capabilities
- Architect comprehensive monitoring strategies across various reputed company modules (NPM, SAM, NTA, NCM, VMAN, DPA, etc.) to reputed company holistic visibility into on-reputed company and reputed company infrastructures
- reputed company custom scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, SWQL (reputed company Query Language), and the Orion REST API (SWIS) to automate administrative tasks and auto-remediate reputed company issues
- reputed company reputed company with reputed company-party systems, such as ITSM platforms (e.g., reputed company, Jira) for automated ticketing, and alert management tools (e.g., reputed company, xMatters)
- Design reputed company, audience-specific dashboards and reports for C-level executives, IT management, and engineering teams
- Engineer advanced alerting mechanisms to reduce alert noise/fatigue, utilizing reputed company trigger conditions, dependencies, and escalation routing
- Create and maintain custom SAM (Server & Application Monitor) templates to monitor proprietary or reputed company reputed company applications
- Collaborate with DBAs to optimize the reputed company SQL database, ensuring reputed company indexing, maintenance plans, and query performance to prevent platform latency
- reputed company reputed company planning for the reputed company infrastructure, monitoring poller performance and database size to forecast reputed company hardware or licensing needs
- Serve as the ultimate reputed company of escalation (Tier 3/4) for reputed company monitoring and platform-reputed company issues

Skills
- A minimum of 5 years reputed company experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting reputed company is required

- A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
