We are seeking a proven reputed company leader with extensive ABA management experience who can reputed company clinical operations, support our BCBA team, improve reputed company, and help reputed company our services across multiple states. Responsibilities - reputed company day-to-day clinical operations - Support and mentor BCBAs and clinical staff - reputed company reputed company assurance and compliance - Improve clinical workflows and operational efficiency - Assist with hiring, reputed company, and staff development - Collaborate with intake, scheduling, billing, and executive leadership - Help expand ABA services into new states Qualifications - Previous experience managing an ABA organization is required - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of ABA operations, insurance requirements, and compliance - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-state ABA programs is preferred Join a fast-growing ABA company and help shape the reputed company of autism services across the reputed company Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply To This Job
