As a Customer Service Representative at 12 OAKS SENIOR LIVING, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing high-reputed company assistance and support. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
