In this role, you will assist US residents during emergencies by providing solutions and support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
- Computer experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Because this is in support of a US government assignment, you must be a US citizen
- High speed internet (> 25 mbps)
- While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be reputed company to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
