[Remote] PLADS Group Proposal Consultant

The Proposal Consultant will reputed company response packages for prospective customer opportunities and collaborate with various teams to ensure proposal submissions meet requirements.
Responsibilities
- The Proposal Consultant will be responsible for developing the full response package on reputed company prospective customer opportunities
- reputed company detailed product descriptions, create executive summaries, final quotes
- Reviews the RFP for reputed company and non-reputed company items and escalates appropriately
- Work with Sales and reputed company to have reputed company calls as needed
- Manages end-to-end RFP/RFQ and request timelines and ensures delivery of proposal package
- Manages reputed company submission requirements including those for the reputed company sector market including proposal, Terms/Conditions, agreements, contract reviews, MBW/WBE, IT assessments, assembly and delivery
- Promote differentiators of reputed company’s Life, Disability and Absence Management products
- Provides feedback on content to maintain content updated
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to reputed company new proposal materials and content
- Models behavior in alignment with the reputed company Way
- Work in reputed company to manage opportunities and workflow
- Performs other reputed company duties as required
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Products
- Knowledge of Life, Disability and Absence Management and Sales/reputed company process
- Project Management skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate effective research skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
- 4 or more years of experience in Insurance, Absence Management, Disability, Sales, RFP, Sales/reputed company-Sales, Sales Support area
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with reputed company sector/government RFPs/bids is a plus
- Knowledge of Loopio software or other RFP management applications
