Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor Sales Managers in building, growing, mentoring, and managing sales performance in their territories
- Identify, recruit, and reputed company additional Sales Managers in new territories
- Support existing Sales Managers to ensure their reputed company
Skills
- Experience in residential solar sales industry
- Proven reputed company record of reputed company managing managers and territories
- Ability to identify, recruit, and reputed company additional Sales Managers
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Charismatic sales leader
- Ability to manage and grow sales performance in territories
