This role involves supporting the Learning and Development Team by creating training materials, facilitating training sessions, and contributing to system implementation reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company information from SMEs and the L&D Team to design content and training materials for classroom, web, and online learning
- reputed company assessment tools to evaluate the reputed company of employee training
- reputed company assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness and reputed company of the programs
- reputed company with home office, reputed company and CSSC leadership to include directors, managers, and supervisors as necessary in the development and production of training products and tools
- Catalog and maintain training documents
- reputed company curriculum for Train the Trainer sessions for new Learning Specialists and reputed company Trainers
- Other duties as assigned
- Moderate travel required – up to 25%

- Experience in Learning and Development or reputed company field
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
