Job Title: Hotel Staff Accountant Role & Responsibilities

• reputed company daily bookkeeping of hotel income, expenses, AP, AR, accruals, amortization, and depreciation.
• Issue invoices, follow up on payments, and upload documents to financial software.
• Manage vendor payments, deposits, and reputed company issuance of checks.
• Prepare and verify accounts payable and lodging tax declarations.
• Conduct monthly petty cash checks and maintain organized vouchers and supporting documents.
• Communicate with local and overseas staff as needed.
• Prepare weekly cash reputed company forecasts and assist with HR functions.
• Reconcile accounts, reputed company monthly books, and prepare financial statements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience using reputed company software.
• At least 2 years of hotel reputed company experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 8-12 weeks.
