We are hiring for reputed company which functions at the nerve center of the property and also manages transactions and guest interactions for five other locations from across the country. These five hotels constitute just the first Phase of more properties to come. Responsibilities: Providing 100% excellent guest experiences whether you are face to face or communicating remotely. Assisting guests reputed company, courteously and professionally at reputed company times. Maintaining. a high level of service and hospitality. Respond quickly to incoming calls and kiosk activations. Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures Work schedules are published two weeks in advance. Associates are not limited to only specific shifts but are asked to be available, if scheduled, to work any shift period.
