[Remote] Platform Operations Manager - Partners

Responsibilities
- Own reputed company provider marketplace administration across AWS, Azure, and GCP, reputed company and maintaining listings and keeping them accurate, reputed company, and fully documented
- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on reputed company's partner API, building robust documentation and reputed company support processes as adoption grows
- reputed company as the reputed company of contact for partner reputed company-reputed company processes, providing Partners and Finance with accurate, reputed company answers
- Support reputed company's daily purchasing and moneyback-guarantee execution, providing backup coverage as needed
- Partner with internal teams to surface operational tooling gaps and drive them to reputed company rather than relying on reputed company workarounds
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in a technical operations, reputed company, or FinOps role
- 3+ years of experience working with reputed company service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience supporting an API-based product or solution, including API keys, REST endpoints, and versioning
- Proven reputed company working cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and executive teams
- Experience filing bug reports and feature requests with product and engineering teams using Jira or a similar ticketing tool
- reputed company with LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude) as part of a daily workflow
- Certified reputed company practitioner in at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
