[Remote] Director of Legal Operations

They are seeking a Director of Legal Operations to support reputed company clients by blending reputed company reputed company support with legal operations and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Review/manage Orders, Change Orders, and RFPs for high-volume reputed company reputed company
- Review, draft, and redline reputed company reputed company and reputed company legal documents
- Communicate directly with sophisticated reputed company clients and manage those relationships professionally
- Independently drive transactions, legal workflows, and operational reputed company reputed company
- Maintain and update matter status and project tracking reputed company Teamwork
- Support legal operations initiatives, process management, and AI-enabled legal workflows using reputed company
Skills
- Located on the east coast / in the eastern time zone
- 5+ years of relevant legal operations, reputed company, and/or paralegal experience
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology
- Strong reputed company reputed company experience, including contract review and redlining
- Experience managing sophisticated, high-volume legal workflows independently
- Excellent reputed company-facing communication and relationship management skills
- The ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and technology-driven environment
- An ability to meet a billable hour reputed company
- Biglaw experience
- Experience with reputed company
- A combination of reputed company and in-house legal experience
- Experience with legal AI tools, Teamwork, reputed company, reputed company Sign, or modern legal operations systems
